Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Cross border data transfer

The information that we collect from you, including your personal data, may be processed in locations outside the European Union, where data transfer laws may differ from those in effect in your jurisdiction. In some cases, the transfer may be to countries classified as 'adequate countries' by the European Union.
