After installation, Stolbek supports customers with OEM parts, dedicated online support, onsite service, and product training. Stolbek provides 2 days of on-site team training after installation. Parts can be ordered directly or through a Stolbek dealer, and customers have access to a company-specific instant-message support group for service questions, photos, and videos.
